Great links! Thanks for putting this together.

About the smaller plates: well, I’m not getting my big ones back out again! Smaller plate = less food on it in the first place–and if I want to go back for more, so be it. But the pause is important.

The exercising for a youthful heart article really hit home and motivated me. Thank you very much for your emails and lists of great articles! I really appreciate it!!

  4. Sarah says:

Great articles as always! I especially enjoyed the grocery store one… we are getting a more local store in my neighborhood soon and I can’t wait. Related to the baby food pouch one, curious if you are planning to write a post-baby blog? I would be interested in advice for how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with a newborn / any recommendations from your experience you have so far 🙂 Thanks Darya!
