    Hi Darya!

I was intrigued by your comment on how all milks (cow, almond, cashew) are all highly processed products and bad for you. I am lactose intolerant and in the past two years have turned to dairy free milk to substitute for cow milk, they have been touted as healthier and much better for the body. Could you elaborate on your comment and whether we should try to avoid them?

“Bad for you” is strong, but they are certainly all very processed products. It’s likely safe to consume them regularly, I just don’t want anyone pretending they should be sought out as healthy foods. If you make you’re own you’re in better territory.

What do you think?
