Raised in N.J. was told local honey tablespoon at night helps with allergy. Did for me.

    All the best.
    Darya, take care.

My amazing foodist health style went slowly off the rails over the last year or so- still feeling no food stress (the best part) and still eating basically no processed foods, but I’ve been getting a tiny bit pudgy just from overeating I think. Minnesota winters never help. Have spent the last month getting back on track and foodist is such a great resource. Beyond stoked you have a podcast now!

First podcast I’ve listened to and I really enjoyed it. Thanks !
