Thanks, awesome post, and I am for sure planning to go through these links! In general I have been inspired this whole month/year about “brainfood” and in general how to make fitness habits more efficient. I mean, for me healthy life meaning eating, sports and everything related to those is extremely important, but at the same time I want to keep them “less as a focus” and more as “automated habits” in my life, meaning, I want to make more room for all the other stuff in life while keeping as fit as possible. Paradoxically, blogging about these topics is why I want to consume less mental power on them… Anyways, planning a blog serie about them now.

And, why this is relevant: What I have figured out, after struggeling with horribal carb cravings for a long time, I in January finally understood, that adding (back) more protein to my diet really makes my body function as it should.
