    The recipe sounds delicious!

    well I ran 6.2 miles without stopping for the firt time today yay! … But now the discover that less exercise is better??…. Prob makes sense..

    To lose weight I was taught to stay away from fruit as a boundary condition – max 3 servings per week! So for me fruit is not part of a weight loss diet. I guess for these people eating fruit is better than eating say fries and burger….
