It’s hard to understand from the comments in this article where you stand on saturated fat. I understand the Summer Tomato Ethos of just eat real food. But the way you say “Saturated Fat gets a life line’ in your byline. And “It’s almost funny at this point.” under the link about saturated fat makes it confusing as to what you believe/advise. At the moment with new articles everyday challenging Saturated Fats demonisation and the Heart Foundation and dieticians demonising those articles and their supporters in the most unscientific and personal ways with their only supporting info being the dietary guidelines which the original articles are challenging- it’s confusing I think for the average reader. Those readers come to websites like Summer Tomato for answers- and today you’re confusing too. For the record I’m on the side that supports Saturated Fats as not so bad after all. But I am interested to know your thoughts.

Goodness, sorry for the terrible lack of punctuation!
