Interestingly, my experience with treadmill desks is that it is much easier to stay focused on writing while walking slowly. But I haven’t tried any complex problem solving. (NY Times)

Also, I love chicken salad, but I’ve had this paranoia about making mayo with raw egg. Is it really no big deal?

I always buy farm fresh eggs (expensive) to be extra certain, but you can buy mayo if it makes you feel better.
Vegetables are always good. They are never too much for your health.
I love the treadmill desk study. “People asked to do full-body movement while doing tasks they usually do stationary are bad at it the first time they do it!” Sheesh.
