I think you included the wrong link? But generally I agree red meat is not that bad if you’re still eating a ton of veggies.
Food Porn – I used to love it (I follow so many restaurant & food lovers on Instagram) but now that I am trying to adjust my eating habits, I have to also adjust my access to ‘unhealthy’ food porn shots as they make me hungry and bring on cravings!
