I read the book myself so you get the most true interpretation of the text. And since I’m sure you’re wondering, no, I did not get my 10,000 steps those days in the studio. I did squeeze in some kettlebell swings though.

Did you have a golden mic? Apparently you can’t move more than a micro millimetre or you’ll make a noise? How many days did it take you to read?
They’re good about making it a silent environment and editing out the background noise. It took 3 days because, as usual, I’m an overachiever and finished a day early 😉
