    I just finished reading the link re: Calcium supplementation and heart attack. I couldn’t find any comments where I could add mine. My worry is the amount that is in my multi-vitamin which is 200 mg. I will stop adding additional calcium but should I stop taking my multi? That would mean supplementing the multi with a million vitamins! What is a person to do here? Help Darya.
