Because cooking at home is my #1 piece of advice for losing weight and getting healthy, I shared some of my best kitchen tips in this week’s episode. I hope you enjoy.

Thanks for sharing — just downloaded the RunKeeper app they suggested 🙂
I find cooking just sauteeing in water is good enough, and it makes things tender and delicious.
The Six O’Clock Scramble (www.thescramble.com) is a meal-planning service that my wife and I use to feed our family home-cooked meals during the busy work week. It’s a ridiculously simple way of ensuring that the fridge and pantry are stocked for recipes you know your kids will eat – and virtually all of the recipes can be cooked quickly. We highly recommend it. (FYI – we have no business interest in this service…we genuinely appreciate it.)
I’ve heard from other people who enjoy the service as well, thanks for the tip.
