Totally agree that KettleBells are awesome. I started with a 12 kg and got a 16 kg one at my vacation spot. Unsurprisingly, the bigger one yielded faster results with less effort. I couldn’t even swing 4 minutes with that one and kept loosing weight despite all the carbs my grandma was force-feeding me with.
About pistachios and nuts … these days we try to get every kind of nut shelled. They are higher in nutrients and we can be sure that they were not treated with chemical preservatives.
Thanks for putting these videos online
Correction: I should have said “kept burning fat” instead of “kept loosing weight”. My overall weight loss is not that much because I must have build up some muscle. I burned fat and dropped a size.
Aspertine will give you diabetes. My mother drank diet coke for 30 years, happen to have diabetes for 29 of those years, plus her body is so disproportional ( tiny head/huge waiste) it not even funny.
The last i looked 70% of all her food she ate had aspertine in it.
Now she has spinal sircrosis and many other “unexplained” health issues.
