Thanks to those of you who participated in episode #4 about healthy vegetarian & vegan diets. I learned a lot while researching this post, and there’s valuable info on omega-3 fatty acids, essential minerals and other nutrition information that’s important for omnivores as well.

    What do you think about Cod Liver Oil? Does it lead to too much vitamin A?

    Hello Darya,
    thank you for such an informational video. I am wondering about B12 supplements, what would be your (or others) opinion on Garden of Life, Vitamin Code, Raw B12? (http://www.iherb.com/Garden-of-Life-Vitamin-Code-Raw-B-12-30-UltraZorbe-Vegan-Caps/15848)
    It is vegan/vegetarian, so I am wondering how that works, since B12 is mainly in eggs, dairy and meats, as you said. Or is there something better to take than this one? Sorry for commenting on older post, but this is totally confusing to me:)
