Thought For Food Holiday
Due to Christmas, traveling and other holiday-related festivities, Thought for Food will be taking a break from blogging for the rest of the year. If there is any ground-breaking nutrition news or an urgent recipe that requires immediate attention I may post a story (or two). Otherwise expect us to resume full-throttle blogging in 2009.
In the meantime I will continue TwEating everything I consume for the Twitter community. I also share interesting news stories there. If you would like to follow me I’m @summertomato.
Have a happy holidays and always be healthy!!

Merry Christmas Darya!! And Merry Christmas to all!!!!!
Hope you have happy new year, Darya!
I can’t wait to hear about your New-Years celebration health stories! Were you witness to any gorgings these holidays?
Thanks for the well wishing everyone!@HealthylivingYes, there was much gorging. If you have been following my TwEats, I’m not proud of the amount of pancakes that were consumed. I usually try to limit that kind of breakfast to once a year, and I had it twice in a week! But I’m already back on track 🙂
Holiday gorgings? Ooooooh yeah. I think the worst thing I saw was my friend eating 4 hotdogs at a bbq (2 with chili and cheese on them- uuuggh).
