With all the events last weekend I nearly forgot to tell you all about the delicious food I bought at the Slow Food Nation Market:

    I usually buy regular green beans or French green beans when they’re available. Do the purple ones taste different?

    zamley:Good for you! The purple ones didn’t taste particularly different (though both varieties were especiallly sweet and flavorful), but the color made them absolutely beautiful!! Almost like velvet.
