I really enjoyed this episode. Towards the end when you were talking about the negative behavior of going to the gym so you can eat unhealthy food later, there’s actually a name for it — self-licensing or moral self-licensing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-licensing

    Thanks for doing the podcast!

Darya, anyway you could feature the transcript of your podcasts, e.g. Rodger hates the gym….
I read much faster than having to listen to 45 minutes of podcast.

As I explained to Mary below, I’m still trying to figure out if I can provide transcripts in a cost effective way. In the meantime, you might want to check out an app called Overcast.fm that allows you to adjust the play back speed of podcasts and cuts out the silent time between sentences.

again, would love to hear this, but not possible. is it in written form anywhere?

    • Darya Rose says:

      Hi Mary,

I’m still trying to figure this out as transcriptions are expensive and the podcast is new. I’m working on it, but can’t guarantee anything at this point.
