    So many great articles this week! Beer & exercise, ‘easy’ cooking isn’t easy and giving ‘nothing’ for Christmas! Thanks for sharing, Darya!

    That article on easy cooking is bang-on. It takes time, practice, planning, and patients. I love doing it but it sure is not easy.

    One of the things about exercise is that it stimulates the nervous system. Exercise also increases alcohol tolerance. When I started exercising my tolerance went up a solid drink a night.

    Frankly, I think that exercise leads to drinking so that people can bring them selves back down off of the exercise high. Basically, self medication. Not only do you have to drink to come back down, you have to drink a bit more.
