My Big Omaha talk
by Darya Rose | May 9, 2014
In lieu of this week’s For the Love of Food, here’s the talk I gave yesterday at Big Omaha about finding time for better health. To see the links I loved this week, you can check them out over at Delicious.
Have a great weekend!
Nice!
Coincidently – this morning I was thinking if I had my own company what health initiatives I would do…
Love the idea of fitness budget!

I am so freaking proud of you!!!!! this was an awesome talk..your whole grad school productivity-with whole foods….is pretty cool..
Loads of love..
Great talk. I am wellness and care management consultant for a major insurance carrier and have found that your message rings true for all, time and time again.
Loved the talk! I related a little too much with being a slave during grad school. My health really took a toll during my program(I actually unintentionally became too thin, what with working every waking moment and living off coffee). I would get to the lab at 6:30am and feed thousands of fish before I even ate. I finally realized I would have an easier time tackling that insurmountable to-do list if I fueled properly.
Also-I also learned the biggest cognitive decline is between 20’s/30’s? eep!
