A gym is not always going to be the most practical and as you pointed out so clearly, not necessarily everyone&#039;s forte.  I actually wish I had more time to participate in athletics like I once did, however, with my time constraints and academia, hitting the gym 3x a week is definitely a struggle sometimes.</description>

I have not stepped foot in a gym since freshman year of college, and that was mandatory gym time for the baseball team. I get all of my cardio and strength training from outdoorsy and natural routines. I commute by bike everyday (cardio), play soccer &amp; ice-hockey (sadly not as much as I used to), and use dumbbells and body weight exercises. I understand that gyms are probably more efficient for most people, but it&#039;s just not how I roll...</description>
