Poll: World’s Greatest Hot Sauce!

Over on Facebook this week an argument broke out over which hot sauce is the best. We all had our opinions, but in the spirit of American democracy we decided to put the question to popular vote.

Help us settle this once and for all by telling us your favorite bottled hot sauce. If your answer isn’t on the list, please mark “other” and tell us your choice in the comments. For simplicity I saved the voting slots for the most popular brands.

If you are not sure which is your favorite, try running a side-by-side taste trial and let us know how it goes. I’ll keep this poll open, so you can recruit your friends to support your pick when everyone gets back from the long weekend.

Have a fantastic holiday!

The best and most authentic Mexican places serve Tapatio….

  2. Matt Shook says:

It’s fairly obvious that the Cholula lady can kick the Tapatio guys ass!

  3. I guess I don’t really have a favorite. I have a lot of hot sauces I like depending on the circumstances. One of my favorites right now is ‘Da Bomb – Beyond Insanity’. It is quite hot, and a little goes a long way, but the taste is delicious! My old standby is Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce. Neither are particularly hot, but they both are good in certain dishes.

Wahoo’s fish tacos will bring out the bottle of Cholula only if you ask for it. Goes well with black beans and rice.

For popcorn, Instead of butter, I use Valentina sauce. Delicious…!

Sort of relieved no one is voting for Taco Bell :)

Totally, although I gotta wonder if some of those “others” are Del Taco “Del Scorcho” enthusiasts…

And the cock sauce takes the lead, sigh.
