Hi Darya,
I’m going to take a sugar, dairy, and wheat break for 21 days, too. I’ve had acne recently and I figured it was worth a try. The reason I picked 21 was because supposedly that’s about how long it takes to form a new habit. Could you give us some tips on avoiding wheat? It’s such a ubiquitous ingredient that sometimes I wonder if it’s really a sustainable habit.
It’s mostly in processed foods. The only real hidden source is soy sauce, so be careful with that. I’ll be writing more on this next week.
What is your view on eating hard boiled eggs for breakfast in the morning?
