		<description>That just takes a little practice. Don&#039;t be afraid to come ask if you have any specific questions. 

Personally (as you can probably tell from the picture), I love adding lentils or beans to my stir fries. The trick is to add them at the very last minute, after the garlic but before the herbs, so they barely warm through but do not cook or get stuck to the pan. You also need to stir them regularly.

I love the point you make of the need to just plain cut down the calories.  No matter what crazy thing a person is doing, they gotta cut the calories- and you provide one of the only possible ways I&#039;ve heard to do it in a sane way- filling up on veggies!</description>
