• Roast Chicken with Caramelized Shallots <<For some reason I’ve been really into chicken lately. Weird, I know. But if you’ve tried the amazing chicken we get here in SF–totally different from anything you can find at a grocery store–you’d understand (I think). Anyway, this looks easy and tasty.
