		<description>I wonder how long that hope lasts though. Can you imagine what it must be like to work harder than you have for anything, achieve momentary success then have it all unravel again? If it were me I think that would be the last time I would ever try to lose weight in my life and then I&#039;d give up and assume it was impossible. No hope :(</description>

		<description>The Biggest Loser is a really entertaining show, which gives hope to those who want to lose weight. But yeah, it gives the wrong impression that working out means puking your guts out because of exhaustion. Exercise can start out gradually, the intensity being increased as you get comfortable with your pace.</description>
