Good news, everyone!

The Foodist audiobook is now available for download on Amazon and Audible.

I read the book myself so you get the most true interpretation of the text. And since I’m sure you’re wondering, no, I did not get my 10,000 steps those days in the studio. I did squeeze in some kettlebell swings though.

Thanks for your support and I hope you enjoy!

Did you have a golden mic? Apparently you can’t move more than a micro millimetre or you’ll make a noise? How many days did it take you to read?

    • Darya Rose says:

They’re good about making it a silent environment and editing out the background noise. It took 3 days because, as usual, I’m an overachiever and finished a day early ;)

  2. Dave says:

  8. Simone says:

Has anyone read the actual book? I’m wondering if I will be missing out by getting it audio only. I bought the book the opening week for a friend who lives out of state so I can’t even borrow it.

    • Darya Rose says:

      Hi Simone,

Just FYI I read the audio version myself, and while the entirety of the narrative is included in the audio, the sidebars and recipes are available in a separate PDF that accompanies the audiobook. You can also find them here.
