		<description>In the northeast have never seen the baby fava beans. The season is short but while we have to shell the larger ones a great recipe is to sprinkle a bowl of uncooked beans with coarse salt and fresh ground pepper, drizzle with a good quality extra virgin olive oil and lightly toss. Top with a hard cheese like Romano that has been cut into matchstick shaped pieces. Delicious!</description>

		<description>Your farmers&#039; market posts always make me want to move to California!  We are just starting to get lettuces, greens, and strawberries in northern VA.  I imagine the asparagus will be finished soon.  I keep hoping to see peas!  Enjoy your variety!</description>

		<description>Indeed.  I, too, have purchased an organic avocado recently and was astonished how fabulous it tasted.  Thanks for the introduction of the pimentos de padron.  I&#039;ve never had these, but now will be on the lookout.  Very nice post.</description>
