		<description>I was feeling very gross indeed...a baseball game (nothing but junk food available), a drive-in movie (semi-junk food), and various forms of alcohol.  We managed to work in an eight-mile hike yesterday, so that helped...but I&#039;m definitely reeling from the holiday madness.

Great list...getting plenty of sleep and staying hydrated is so important.  Been focusing on those two...</description>

		<description>Yesterday I went to the gym and our instructor (in good shape) had same problem...had hard time giving us power workout because she ate too much the day before. I had same problem. Too many parties and now I can feel it. I am complete agreement with 9 of your items. I&#039;m not sure about the protein, but you may be right. I exercise 7 days a week in some nature. I missed Fri and Sat and I felt it.
